Alright, so you're heading into town and need somewhere to park? Floral Hall Car Park is usually a pretty solid shout. It's right in the thick of it, near the Promenade and Lord Street, so dead handy if you're doing some shopping or maybe popping in for afternoon tea at the hotel. It's open 24/7, which is a bonus if you're planning a late one.
It gets a decent 4.4 out of 5 on Google from over a hundred reviews, which isn't bad going for a car park, is it? You can't miss it; it's right next to the Floral Hall, funnily enough. It's a big space, but it can get rammed on weekends and bank holidays, especially when the weather's good.
Honestly, it's a car park, plain and simple. It does what it says on the tin. It can be a bit pricey compared to some of the other spots further out of town, but you're paying for the convenience of being right in the centre of Southport (Merseyside).
Just a heads-up, pay attention to the signs when you go in; they use ANPR, so make sure you get your registration right when you pay, or you might end up with a fine.
