Alright, so you're looking for a fitness spot in town? CSC Fitness is run by a top bloke who really knows his stuff. It's got a perfect 5-star rating on Google, but fair warning, that's just based on one review for now, so take it with a pinch of salt. Still, word of mouth is good and he's been helping people in Southport get fit for a while. Give him a ring on 07511 559447 if you're serious about getting started.

He's based right in the town centre, which is handy for most people. It looks like he specialises in fitness for golf, which is pretty popular around here with all the courses. So if you're looking to improve your swing or just get generally fitter for the course, he's your man.

I can't personally vouch for him as I'm more of a pub man myself, but I've heard good things from a few people down at the bowling club.

Just a heads up, best to call ahead and book a session. He probably gets busy, and it's always good to have a chat and see if he's the right fit for you, before you commit.
