Salon 124

Need a trim in town? Salon 124 on Lord Street is a decent shout. It's got a solid 4.8 stars from 5 Google reviews, which, okay, isn't loads of reviews, but still, that's a good score. I know a few people who've been and they've all come out looking alright, so can't complain. It's not the cheapest place in Southport, but you'll probably get a good cut.

They're closed Mondays and Saturdays and Sundays, which is a bit annoying if you work a regular 9-to-5. But Tuesdays they're only open 'til 2pm, then Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays it's 9am to 5pm. So plan accordingly. It's a proper salon, not one of those barbers where they just shave the sides and leave the top long.

It's right on Lord Street, so dead easy to get to. You could park on the street if you're lucky, but more likely you'll need to use one of the town centre car parks. If you're thinking of popping in, give them a ring first on 01704 227191 to book an appointment, just to be sure.
