If you're looking for a local gym in Churchtown that folks seem to really rate, check out U1st Health & Fitness. They've got a perfect 5.0 rating from 10 reviews on Google, which is nothing to sniff at. It's not a massive chain, but sometimes those smaller, independent places are where you get the best personal attention, you know?

They're open crazy early every weekday, 5:30 AM, and they stay open late til 10 PM. Saturdays they dial it back a bit, 8 AM to 4 PM, and Sundays they're closed. So pretty flexible hours, whatever your schedule. I reckon they do personal training and that sort of thing too, but give them a ring on 07521 937598 or have a look at their website to be sure.
