Seapark Apartments

Right, so you're looking for somewhere to stay in town. Seapark Apartments are smack-bang in the centre of Southport, which is handy for the shops and the Marine Lake. They're worth a look if you're on a tighter budget. I wouldn't say they're luxury, mind you, but they're clean and functional from what I hear.

It's worth knowing they only have a 3.5 rating on Google from a couple of reviews, so manage your expectations a bit. Good for couples or maybe a small family just needing a base. It could be a decent shout if you're coming for The Open at Birkdale in 2026, as you'll be able to get the train easily from Southport station.

They're not open on Saturdays or Sundays, which I always find a bit weird for a hotel. Standard opening hours are 9 'til 5 Monday to Friday, so you'll need to ring during those times on 01704 500444 if you want to book.

Best to call ahead and double-check availability, especially if you have specific dates in mind around a big event. Parking in town can be a pain, so ask them about that when you ring.
