โœ“ Free๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ Car park

Alright, so you're heading to Formby beach? Good choice, especially on a sunny day. Now, parking can be a nightmare, but listen up. No. 69 car park โ€“ yeah, dodgy name, I know โ€“ is your best bet if you're looking to save a few quid. It's free, which is always a bonus, right? It's on Lifeboat Road, so pretty handy for the main beach entrance.

Word of warning though, because it's free, it gets rammed, especially weekends and school hols. Seriously, get there early if you want a space. I'm talking before 10am on a Saturday in July. Otherwise, you'll be circling like a vulture. And don't even think about parking on the verges, the wardens are like hawks around there.

Don't expect any fancy facilities, it's just a basic car park, but hey, it does the job. Plus, you're right by the National Trust Formby Pinewoods, so you can have a wander through there too. Gets decent enough reviews online, I saw one on Google said it was "a lifesaver", and they ain't wrong.

So yeah, No. 69. Free parking, can't argue with that. Just get there early, pack a picnic so you don't get stung by the beach cafe prices, and you're sorted.
