Free Car Park

Alright, so you're driving into town and stressing about parking? I get it. Loads of people don't know about the Free Car Park, and yeah, the name's about as imaginative as a wet Tuesday, but hey, it does what it says on the tin. It's right in Southport town centre, which is handy for the shops.

Now, I'm not gonna lie, it's not massive. It's basically a small patch of ground. And Google says it's got one review, with a 5-star rating. Probably the bloke who owns it! But seriously, free parking in Southport is like finding a tenner in your old coat – always a winner. It's especially useful if you're nipping over from Birkdale and don't fancy the train.

Look, it's not pretty, it's not got attendants, and it's probably full half the time, especially on a Saturday. But if you're lucky enough to snag a spot, you've just saved yourself a few quid. And that's more money for an ice cream on the pier, right?
