Alright, so you're looking to de-stress in Southport town centre? Beat Box Studio might be your spot. They've got a perfect 5-star rating from 7 reviews last time I checked, which is a good sign around here. I know a few folks who swear by it for unwinding after a long week. It's not the biggest place, so you're not lost in a massive gym.

I'm not gonna lie, parking in town can be a pain. You're probably best off using one of the pay-and-display car parks near Lord Street and walking over. It's only a few minutes, and you'll probably walk past a cafe for a brew on the way back.
