Alright, so you're after a proper good haircut or a bit of pampering in town, give Halo Hair & Beauty a shout. They're dead easy to find, right in the centre of Southport, and the word on the street is they're top-notch. I've not been myself (obviously!), but my sister-in-law, Karen, swears by them for her highlights.

Word of warning though: being in the centre of town, parking can be a right pain. Give yourself plenty of time to find a space, or better yet, hop on the train.
