Alright, so if you're after a proper haircut in Southport town centre, and you’re fussy like me, you need to check out Jens Barbers. I’m not kidding, the guy's got a perfect 5.0 rating from over 70 reviews on Google. That’s saying something, right?

Jen clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s not just a quick buzz cut job; he actually takes the time to make sure you look decent. I’ve seen him working with older fellas, young lads, and everyone in between. Place is always clean, and he’s a good bloke to chat with while he's working.

He's closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, so don’t go then. Otherwise, he’s open 9:30 to 5 most days, except Saturday when he shuts up shop a bit earlier at 4pm.

Worth knowing he can get pretty busy, especially on Saturdays. You might be best giving him a ring to book ahead if you don't want to be waiting around.
