Alright, so you're after a proper good haircut in town? I reckon Meggi Salon is worth a look. It's not been around forever, but the word on the street is pretty good. 4.3 stars on Google, from 11 reviews isn’t bad going, is it?

It's right in the centre of Southport, so dead easy to get to, especially if you're knocking about after a round of golf. They’re on Treatwell too, so you can have a nosey at their prices. Give them a bell on 01704 790537 if you want to ask about anything specific.

I've not been myself yet, but a few of the lads I know who take their appearance seriously (more than I do, anyway!) swear by it. Apparently, Lollie, who runs it, knows her stuff and is a good laugh.

Just a heads up, being in the centre, parking can be a pain. Give yourself a bit of extra time to find a spot, or just get the train to Southport station.
