Alright, let me tell you about Nicolas Hair Studio. It's right in the town centre, so dead easy to get to. I've heard good things, a mate of mine goes there, and his hair always looks decent so that's a good sign, right? Google reviews back it up too, it's got a perfect 5.0 out of 5 from 13 reviews which is pretty impressive.

I know a few places around here that are all style over substance, but Nicolas seems to be the real deal. They're open Tuesday to Saturday, so obviously closed Sunday and Monday. I don't know the exact hours, but give them a ring on 01704 566599 to check, especially if you need a specific time.

It's not the biggest place in the world, so I'd definitely recommend booking in advance. You don't want to turn up and be disappointed, especially if you're planning on looking your best for a night out on Lord Street.

Parking in town can be a pain, so give yourself plenty of time, or consider getting the train to Southport station - it's only a short walk from there.
