The Barber Shoppe Shakespeare St

Alright, so you're looking for a decent trim in town? The Barber Shoppe on Shakespeare Street is a solid shout. They've got a 4.8 rating from 90 Google reviews, which is pretty good going, and I know a couple of lads from my five-a-side swear by them. It's not the cheapest, mind, but you get what you pay for.

They're open six days a week, but hours vary, so worth checking. They do late nights 'til 7pm on Thursdays, which is handy if you're working. Plus they open early on Saturdays at 8am if you're needing a weekend spruce up. They’re closed Sundays, obviously.

Word is they're good with the older fellas and the younger ones – doing everything from classic cuts to more modern styles. I even heard a whisper that some of the golfers heading to Birkdale pop in to look sharp before hitting the course.
