Bar Thirteen

Okay, so Bar Thirteen... it's *the* late-night spot out in Scarisbrick. If you're looking for somewhere that's actually open past midnight, this is pretty much it. I haven't been myself, but I know a few younger lads who head out that way. It's got a perfect 5.0 rating on Google, but only from one review, so take that with a pinch of salt!

It looks like it's trying to be a bit of everything, to be honest. From what I've heard, it's more of a place to go and dance. Open really late most nights; until 3am. It's got a Facebook page if you search "spendersbarsouthport" - that's the best place to see what kind of nights they're putting on. I can't see anything about dogs being welcome, so I'd leave the pooch at home.

It's definitely not a quiet pint down the local; more of a proper night out. Scarisbrick's a bit out of the way if you don't drive, so you'll probably need to get a taxi or rope in a designated driver. It isn't too far from me, so I'll probably head down there one night!
