Dougheee

If you're pounding the pavements in town and need a proper coffee and a sugar hit, Dougheee is the place. It's got a perfect 5.0 rating from 6 reviews, which I know isn't loads, but still says something. It's more of a quick stop place than somewhere to settle in for hours, but ideal for a rainy day pick-me-up.

They do cakes, obviously (the name gives it away!), and decent coffee, which is what you need when you're trailing around the shops. It's not massive, so you might have to wait a minute for a table, but I've never had to queue for long.

Worth knowing: it's cash only last time I went, so hit the cash machine before you head there.
