About Alderlee Park

Alright, so Alderlee Park. It's out in Scarisbrick, so not right in the centre of Southport, but handy for Royal Birkdale if you're here for a round of golf. Or, you know, The Open in 2026 – book early, I reckon! They've got a perfect 5-star rating on Google, but only from 6 reviews, so bear that in mind. Still, people seem to like it!

I reckon it’s more of a couples’ kind of place, or maybe a quiet getaway. It doesn’t scream “family fun” to me, if you get what I mean. I’ve not stayed myself, but I know the area, and it's pretty peaceful. It’s got a good rep with the golfers who come to Birkdale, so if you like a pint and a chat about birdies, it could be your spot.

They’ve got a website (alderleepark.com) and you can give them a ring on 01704 542199 to see what they’ve got going on. It's a bit outside of town, so you'll definitely need a car or be happy to use taxis to get into Southport itself.
