Right, so you're looking for a place to stay in town? Give Birkdale Holiday Homes a look. They're smack-bang in Southport town centre, so dead handy for the shops, Lord Street, and all that jazz. I wouldn’t say it’s the Ritz, mind, but it gets decent enough reviews—around 3.5 stars from what I can see. It's not a bad base if you're planning on being out and about most of the time.
