Promenade Apartments

Alright, so you're looking for a place to crash in town, yeah? Promenade Apartments are good, solid choice right on the seafront. They're not the Ritz, mind, but you get a full kitchen which is a lifesaver if you're trying to keep costs down, especially with a family. Plus, they’ve got those big flat-screen TVs. The villas are Victorian, so they've got character. Google reviews put them at 4.3 stars out of 5 from 21 reviews, which is decent enough.

They’re in a cracking location right on the Promenade, so you’re dead handy for everything. Lord Street's a short walk. Loads of restaurants and shops. If you’re here for the golf, especially with The Open at Birkdale in 2026 (July 12-19), you can't get much closer to the courses without actually sleeping on the 18th green! Ideal spot for both couples and families looking for convenience more than luxury.
