Kalash Divine Indian

If you're after a decent Indian in town, Kalash Divine Indian on Lord Street is a solid shout. It gets a cracking 4.8 stars on Google from over 500 reviews, which says something. They do proper plated dishes, not just your standard curry house slop, and the dining room's got a nice, warm feel about it. Good for couples or families wanting a bit of a treat.

They've got a separate vegan menu too, which is a nice touch if you've got someone in your group who's plant-based. It's not the cheapest Indian you'll find around here – expect to pay around ££ – but the quality is there. You can also grab a takeaway if you fancy a night in.
