Lourdes Deli

If you're after a decent sandwich in town, Lourdes Deli on Eastbank Street is a solid shout. They get a 4.3 out of 5 on Google from 20 reviews, so they must be doing something right. It's more of a daytime spot, mind – shuts at half two most days, but they're open till six on Fridays if you fancy an early tea.

They do the usual deli bits – good selection of meats and cheeses, that kind of thing. I've grabbed a sandwich from them a few times when I've been working in town and needed a quick bite. It's a pretty small spot, so probably better for couples or grabbing a quick lunch on your own rather than a big family outing. It's relaxed but can get busy around lunchtime.
