It's proper basic food, like sandwiches, jacket potatoes, and that kind of stuff. They’re open during the day, and I reckon it’s good for families needing a quick refuel after dragging the kids round the shops, or couples grabbing a bite. It's not exactly romantic, mind you! It's more of a daytime place.
It's a small spot, so maybe give them a ring on 01704 506060 if you're planning on going at the weekend, especially during tourist season, just to make sure they've got space. It's in the centre of town, so parking can be a pain. Best bet is the car park by the train station and walking over.
