Need some flowers sharpish in Southport town centre? Give AR Florist a bell on 01704 635119. They're open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 'til half five, but closed on Sundays. I've used them a couple of times when I've forgotten an anniversary (don't tell the missus!). Always been spot on.
They're proper local and get a cracking 5 stars from 22 reviews online. That's not bad going, is it? You can always pop in and have a browse, but sometimes it's easier to give them a ring, especially if you need something a bit special.
They do all sorts – bouquets, funeral flowers, wedding stuff. All the usual. You can see some of their work on arflorist.co.uk. Worth a look if you're after ideas. Seems like they know their stuff.
Just a heads up, parking in town can be a pain, especially on a Saturday. Give yourself plenty of time to find a spot, or maybe think about getting the bus in.
