Looking for something a bit different from the usual high street shops? Osiris Antiques is worth a look. It's not massive, but it's packed with interesting bits and bobs. It's got a proper old-school feel, and you might just find that quirky thing you didn't even know you were looking for. They've got a solid 4.9 stars from 10 Google reviews, so people seem pretty happy with it.

It's in the town centre, so dead easy to get to. It's one of those places where you can easily lose an hour just browsing. You'll find furniture, ceramics, jewellery and all sorts. The owner knows his stuff, and isn't pushy if you just want to have a look.

Worth noting they're not open every day. Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm is when they unlock the doors. And shut on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. Give them a ring on 01704 500991 if you're making a special trip.

If you're driving into town, the car park on Tulketh Street is probably your best bet, it's only a couple of minutes walk.
