Queenscourt Hospice Charity Shop

Alright, so you're after a charity shop in town? Queenscourt Hospice Shop is a good shout. It's not massive, but it's got a decent selection of clothes, books, and bric-a-brac. Plus, you're supporting a brilliant local cause—Queenscourt does amazing work looking after people in Southport and the surrounding area. I pop in every few weeks to see if I can find any old records. You never know what you might find! The staff are always friendly, and the prices are definitely right. It's on the main drag in town, so easy to get to. It's open Monday to Saturday, 9 'til 4:30, but closed on Sundays, like most places.

Don't expect designer gear or antiques, mind. It's your standard charity shop fare, but you can bag a bargain. I got a cracking tweed jacket in there last year for a tenner. You can't argue with that!
