The Plant Room

Looking for something green to brighten up your place? The Plant Room in town centre is getting rave reviews – 5 stars from 19 reviews on Google. That's saying something, eh? It's not the biggest place, mind, but they pack a lot in.

They've got all sorts of houseplants from little succulents to bigger leafy fellas. Good spot for a gift, too, if you need something for someone who's hard to buy for. It's run by the same folks as Rottingdean Florist, so they know their stuff.

Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 'til 4. Closed Sundays and Mondays, so don't go making a special trip then. I'd say it's worth popping in if you're already in town doing some shopping.

Word to the wise: it's on the smaller side, so might be tricky to get a pram in there if you've got the little one in tow.
