Alright, so you're after a bargain in Southport? Head to TK Maxx in the town centre. It's got a 4.2 rating from nearly a thousand Google reviews, so people seem pretty happy. You know the drill: designer stuff at decent prices, if you're willing to have a good rummage. They do clothes, shoes, homeware... the lot.

It's not always the easiest shop to navigate, I'll be honest. You've got to be prepared to put the time in. And sometimes the sizing is a bit all over the place. But if you're patient, you can definitely find some proper steals. I got a Barbour jacket in there once for about half the price of Beales!

They're open most days from 9 'til 6, except Sundays when they open a bit later at 10:30 and close earlier at 4:30. Give them a ring on 01704 501900 if you're after something specific, but they probably won't know what stock they have.
