If you're after a decent sandwich in Birkdale, The Deli Bar is worth a shout. It's got a solid 4.3 stars on Google from around 80 reviews, which tells you it's consistently good. They do your usual deli fare – paninis, jacket spuds, that sort of thing. It's a pretty casual spot, so fine for families or just a quick bite with your other half.
