B&Q Car Park, Southport

Alright, so you're heading to B&Q in Southport, yeah? Good to know they've got a car park right there – dead handy if you're lugging timber or bags of plaster about. It's on the main B&Q site, just off the main road into town, you can't miss it. And the best bit? It's free, but only if you're actually nipping into B&Q.

The car park's open 24/7, which is useful if you're one of those early-bird DIYers or doing a late-night dash for sealant. I've never struggled to find a space myself, even on a Saturday. But, like I said, it's for B&Q customers *only*, so don't be a cheeky so-and-so using it for town when you're not going to the shop, yeah? They do check.

It's in a great spot, really. Right on the edge of the town centre in Merseyside, so you could walk into town from there in a pinch – maybe 10-15 minutes to Lord Street. Just remember it's for customers.

One last thing – keep your B&Q receipt handy, just in case. You never know when they might be checking!
