The Seaside Suite

Right, so you're after a place to kip in town? The Seaside Suite is one option. It's slap-bang in the centre of Southport, so handy for the shops and all that. I see on Bluepillow it gets a rating of 7.9 from 21 reviews, which isn't bad at all. Looks like they're apartments, so probably suits couples or smaller families more than big groups, to be honest.

Being right in town, it's a good base if you're planning on hitting the golf courses. And listen, if you're coming for The Open at Birkdale in 2026 (it's July 12-19, put it in your diary!), you'll want to book ahead, wherever you stay. This place could be a shout if you want to be in the thick of it after a day on the course.

Just a heads up: being in the centre means parking can be a pain. Check with them beforehand about parking, or you might end up having to use one of the pay and display car parks, which can add up.
