About Union club
Union Club is a proper late-night spot right in the middle of town on Union Street. If you're looking for somewhere open past midnight, this is one of your better bets. I wouldn’t call it a quiet pint kind of place, mind you, it gets lively. More of a cocktails and music vibe than a local boozer.
They’ve got a decent cocktail menu and usually a DJ or some music on at the weekends. It can get pretty packed, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Reviews seem pretty solid—averaging around 4 stars from what I can see.
It's open until 3 AM on Friday and Saturday, which is handy. If you’re planning on heading there late, especially on a weekend, it’s probably worth checking their website or socials to see if they’ve got any special events on.
If you're driving in, remember parking in town can be a pain. Give yourself plenty of time to find a spot, or maybe grab a taxi.
