Angelz Prom & Party

If you’re after something special for a prom or party, Angelz Prom & Party in Southport town centre is well worth a look. They’re not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. My niece got her prom dress there last year and she looked a million dollars. They’ve got a good selection and the staff are really helpful – not pushy, just know their stuff.

They’re open every day, which is handy – even Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekdays they're open 'til 5:30 PM, but they have different opening times for Mondays (9:00 AM) and Tues-Fri (10:30 AM). It’s a small shop, so it can get a bit crowded on Saturdays. They’ve got a perfect 5-star rating from 6 reviews online, which isn’t a huge number, but still, it’s all good feedback.

They also do party dresses and accessories, so it's not just for proms. You can find them on Lord Street, or give them a ring on 01704 542220 if you want to check if they have something specific in stock before trekking into town. Their website is angelzprom.co.uk too.

Parking in town can be a pain, especially on a Saturday. Try the car park on Tulketh Street, it’s usually got spaces and it's not too far to walk.
