Belsy Boo

Belsy Boo is a decent shout if you're after something a bit different for the kids, or even a treat for yourself if you're into cute, quirky bits and bobs. It's right in the town centre, so dead easy to find. I popped in last week to grab a birthday gift, and they’ve got a proper mixed bag – think colourful stationary, little toys you won’t see everywhere else, and some sweets too.

They've got a solid 4.5-star rating based on quite a few reviews, so it seems most people leave happy. It's not the biggest place, mind you, so don't expect a massive shopping spree. It's more of a browse-and-grab type of shop. But that’s Southport all over, isn’t it?

They're open every day, usually from 10am to 5pm, but best to double-check on their socials before heading over, just in case they've tweaked the hours. Give them a ring on 01704 123456 if you're unsure.

Worth a look if you are mooching around town. Just remember, it’s easy to get carried away with the pocket money stuff!
