Four Seasons Garden Centre & Cafe

If you're after a decent cuppa after a bit of shopping in town, Four Seasons Garden Centre & Cafe is worth a shout. It's not your typical garden centre, mind you, it's run by The Learning Rooms, a local charity. Don't expect a massive selection of plants, but what they do have is usually good quality and reasonably priced.

They've got a 4.7 rating on Google from 72 reviews, so people seem to rate it. The cafe does a nice enough bacon butty and a decent brew. It's a good spot to take a breather and people-watch after hitting the shops on Lord Street.

Opening hours are a bit limited; they're closed weekends and only open until 3 pm during the week (11 am on Mondays). Give them a ring on 01704 551521 if you're unsure. It’s located right in the town centre, so parking can be a pain. Your best bet is one of the pay-and-display car parks.
